The agenda for a meeting will appear here at least 3 days before the meeting.

Links to all documents are shown in blue.

Draft minutes of the last meeting will also be displayed.  The minutes will normally be approved as a true record at the next meeting of the Parish Council

The Parish Council has a 15-minute public open session during its meetings. Everyone is invited to be present and to speak during the public open session. 

Pandemic Provisions

From May 2021, council meetings in person will resume subject to the current government health advice in England and where it is reasonable or necessary to do so

We ask all our visitors to respect the current guidelines to help reduce the spread of CV19 virus.

In order to help control the spread of CV19 the Parish Council will reduce paperwork and will not be printing additional copies of the agenda for members of the public. If you need a copy of the agenda, please print one from the table below.

If you have symptoms: a temperature, continuous cough, loss of smell and/or taste, please stay at home.

We will for the time being be subject to the current pandemic regulations and guidance so for track and trace purposes will ask you to give a contact number if you are coming to our meetings. This list will be confidential, kept for 3 weeks and then destroyed
