The Leaking Tap
With the advent of the Localism Act 2011 communities were given the right to identify a building or other land that they believe to be of importance to their community’s social well-being or social interests of the local community.
The Parish Council responded to a request from the residents of Cockshutt and successfully nominated The Leaking Tap public house as an Asset of Community Value (ACV). The pub was listed as an ACV on 4th March 2019.
