Following the resignation of the postmaster and the withdrawal of the premises for Post Office use, the above branch will be closinq on Tuesday, 17 June 2025 at 17:30.
The Post Office would welcome any applications from potential retail partners interested in running a branch locally. The vacancy for Trefonen Post Office branch is currently being advertised on the Post Office website.
As a result of the closure of Trefonen Post Office, the outreach service in Cockshutt will also be closing during the week between 11- 17 June 2025. The Post Office will provide a further update regarding the future of the service as and when new information is received.
